Below are some clips of performances I've conducted, but the real magic happens in rehearsal. We play games, improvise, move our bodies, and build spaces where we can rumble courageously. Above all else I work toward spaces where my colleagues feel confident that we're in this together, that I understand and value their role, and that their contributions never go unnoticed.
